Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.
Pieces bought in good condition cannot be returned, replaced or de-fund.
Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
